# PaperPulse PaperPulse is a trending arXiv paper tracker for researchers, builders, and technical reviewers. ## What It Does - Displays recent arXiv papers by category. - Adds GitHub repository stats when public repository links are found. - Adds Semantic Scholar citation, reference, and influential-citation stats when available. - Shows an explainable trend score for each paper. - Lets users save papers to a local browser watchlist. - Exports selected papers and watchlists as plain-text research briefs. - Includes a Chrome extension for tracking paper pages from arXiv, alphaXiv, Hugging Face Papers, and Papers with Code. ## Privacy Watchlists stay in browser storage. The server caches public paper metadata and does not require an account. ## Limitations PaperPulse is not affiliated with arXiv, alphaXiv, Hugging Face, Papers with Code, GitHub, or Semantic Scholar. Third-party API rate limits can delay stats. Trend scores are ranking hints, not scientific quality judgments.
